Manager of Student Development & Success
Based at the Central Academic Services office in Abu Dhabi, this key management position is the system standard bearer for students' development and success through Enrollment Management, Admissions, Student Records, Student Counseling and Student Affairs. The Manager of Student Development and Success is responsible for maintaining system wide standards in academic and student support policies, working collaboratively with designated college representatives in the Student & Academic Services areas, leading the development and implementation of the SCT Banner Student Record System, and chairing the corporate Student Services Committee.

This position requires:
  • Master's or earned Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Student Services or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years' experience as Vice President, Director or Dean of Student Services within a multi-campus system.
  • 3-5 years' progressively responsible experience in supervising the student development functions, especially the registrarial functions in higher education.
  • Full student records systems implementation experience, preferably with SCT Banner.
  • Supervise the selection of course textbooks and references
  • Significant experience in student admissions, student records, student affairs & enrollment management.

Coordinator - Student Services
Located at Sharjah Women's College, the Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all student services in the college. This includes student activities, the sports program, recruitment of new students, and the student orientation program.

This position requires:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in event management, physical recreation, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • ICDL (International Computer Driving License) or equivalent desired.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a student services or similar environment, with emphasis on event management, recreation, and marketing and public relations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English essential.

Knowledge of Arabic desired.

Supervisor of Academic Services
Reporting to the College Director and senior management team of Dubai Women's College, the Supervisor of Academic Services is accountable for the accuracy, integrity and security of the data in the College student records system. The incumbent is responsible for establishing quality assurance measures and information processes which enable evidence-based decision making and academic excellence.

This position requires:
  • A Master's Degree in Education or related field - 5 years' Registrarial experience in a college or university setting at a management level.
  • Experience in management of information systems and implementation of quality assurance systems.
  • Previous teaching experience in a multi cultural setting a decided asset.
Successful candidates for the above positions will also possess:
  • A high level of computer literacy and the proven ability to apply technology to enhance student learning, management, coordination, and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, team, change management, and networking skills.
